Paradise Island ;
Paradise Island is one of the sophiscated historical hidden gems of Uganda, surrounded by peaceful and calm fresh water. Its just 10 kms off the shores of the Mighty Lake Victoria, in a Sublime fascinating location, and can only be reached by a speed boat departing from Speke Resort Munyonyo Marina because of its unique setting.

Once you set foot on this magical island, you will definitely gain your energy and equilibrium in Paradise.
In my photos, You may see me smile, but my heart is broken for not having my captivated audience on this once in a lifetime adventure. At some point I really just had to say, "Oh My God....! " This place is so beautiful. Nakate Jamidan Fahima the project coordinator will bear witness.
On site;
The private island will have 21 nestled bedroom cottages lined up at its Shores with a breathtaking View of the Majestic Lake Victoria.
Each cottage will have a nook, hammock, and a swing or an out door bathtub on the balcony.
These include,
•13 Deluxe 2 bedroom cottages with a private pool, kitchen, kids mezzanine nook and an outdoor bath tub.
•3 Executive 4 bedroom Villas with outdoor and indoor kitchens, fishing and sunset viewing, private pool, private BBQ lawn, private beach and an outdoor shower.
By careful planning and thoughtful delivery, the island offers unrivalled lake views, open skys and sunset moments for a perfect destination for holiday and vacation escapes.

The enchanting island offers everything from quiet, relaxing and intimate location for Family gate aways, Destination weddings, Honeymooners and couples to a great deal of time to themselves.
The hotel facility will offer guest accommodation rooms, conference facilities, meeting facilities, a spa and Salon, gym, restaurant and Bar, wedding venues and a chapel.
Whoever tells you life is about the journey, not the destination, should probably get a chance of visiting paradise Island to experience the un touched serenity of action-packed Adventure, whether you just want to relax and enjoy the calm atmosphere with a drink at the poolside deck or participate in wimming, Bird watching, Beach walks, Boat cruising, Beach restaurant, Fishing around the island, Beach games like Volleyball, beach soccer, Camping, Zip lining, island cycling and many more.
Ground team of contractors;
I and everyone who was involved in this project trip collectively did not just take a visit. We created an experience.!
It was an interesting mix of contractors; engineers, project coordinators and construction men spearheaded by Sheena Ruparelia.

When asked my role, I replied, "I'm a domestic tourism blogger" I must be modest but it gave everyone a good laugh. I love my humble beginnings and I hope Reckless Travelers will bring Glory to Uganda's Domestic Tourism sector. I must say, after completion of Paradise Island, this monumental place will stand so as the world may bear witness to the beauty of Africa.
